The invention discloses a method for calculating the height of a lifting hook of a boom crane. The method comprises the steps that an encoder is arranged on a motor of a lifting winch, an angle sensor is arranged on a cargo boom, the cargo boom is controlled to fall to the minimum working angle, a lifting hook is lifted to the highest point, and the numerical value of the encoder at the moment, the total layer number of steel wire ropes on the lifting winch at the moment and the number of turns of the steel wire ropes on the outermost layer at the moment are recorded; calculating the maximum height of the lifting hook from the ground when the cargo boom is at the maximum working angle; during use, the angle of the cargo boom and the numerical value of the encoder are collected in real time, and the total rope outlet length is calculated according to the numerical value of the encoder; and finally calculating the height of the lifting hook. The maximum height from the lifting hook to the ground and the rope outlet length are calculated according to the numerical value change of the encoder, the outer end height change amount caused by the angle change of the cargo boom is calculated, then the real-time height of the lifting hook can be accurately calculated, auxiliary lifting operation is facilitated, and safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种动臂式起重机吊钩高度计算方法。该方法包括在起升卷扬的电机上设置编码器,并在起重臂上设置角度传感器,控制起重臂下落至最小工作角度、吊钩起升至最高点,记录此时的编码器数值、此时起升卷扬上的钢丝绳总层数和此时最外层钢丝绳圈数;计算起重臂处于最大工作角度时,吊钩离地面最大高度;在使用期间,实时采集起重臂的角度和编码器数值,并根据编码器数值计算总出绳长度;最后计算出吊钩的高度。本发明通过根据编码器数值变化计算吊钩离地面最大高度和出绳长度,并计算起重臂因角度变化引起的外端高度变化量,进而可精确计算出吊钩的实时高度,便于辅助吊装作业,并提高安全性。
