The invention discloses a port wharf quay crane control system and a computer program. The port wharf quay crane control system comprises a remote control center, an operation table connected with the remote control center and a single machine PLC arranged on a quay crane. The remote control center is provided with a remote control PLC, and the remote control PLC can distribute quay crane operation tasks; the single-machine PLC of the quay crane is connected with the remote control center; the remote control PLC and the single-machine PLC of the quay crane are provided with platform jumping request and release request interfaces; the operation platform controls the multiple quay cranes by switching the jumping platforms and releasing the jumping platforms. The operating platform is provided with an interactive interface, and a driver can control the quay crane to work through the interactive interface and check related information of the quay crane. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, a plurality of operation platforms are switched to control a plurality of quay cranes, so that the utilization rate among a driver, the operation platforms and the quay cranes is maximized, the working efficiency is improved, and the operation cost is reduced; through the monitoring module and the talkback module which can be switched synchronously, a driver can check field conditions in real time, contact with field personnel and make corresponding treatment in time.

    本发明公开了一种港口码头岸桥控制系统及计算机程序,所述港口码头岸桥控制系统包括:远控中心、与远控中心相连的操作台、设置于岸桥的单机PLC;远控中心设置有远控PLC,远控PLC可分发岸桥作业任务;岸桥的单机PLC与远控中心相连;远控PLC和岸桥的单机PLC设置有跳台请求和释放请求接口;操作台通过切换跳台和释放以控制多个岸桥;操作台设置有交互界面,司机可以通过交互界面操控岸桥作业,查看岸桥相关信息。本发明提供的技术方案,通过多个操作台切换控制多个岸桥,最大化司机和操作台、岸桥之间的利用率,提高作业效率,减少运营成本;通过可以同步切换的监控模块和对讲模块,司机可以实时查看现场情况,和现场人员进行联络,及时做出相应处理。
