The method comprises the steps that the actual battery pack capacity value of a lithium battery pack is calculated; acquiring electric quantity change data of the lithium battery, and generating an electric quantity predicted value according to the electric quantity change data; acquiring a real-time electric quantity value of the lithium battery, and comparing the real-time electric quantity value with the electric quantity predicted value to calculate an actual electric quantity deviation value between the real-time electric quantity value and the electric quantity predicted value; acquiring historical vehicle speed data of the electric vehicle, associating the historical vehicle speed data with the actual electric quantity deviation value according to the timestamp, and calculating a vehicle speed factor; acquiring a real-time road condition of a road, generating predicted vehicle speed data according to the real-time road condition, and calculating a predicted electric quantity deviation value based on the predicted vehicle speed data and a vehicle speed factor; and performing deviation correction calculation on the electric quantity predicted value based on the predicted electric quantity deviation value to obtain a deviation-corrected electric quantity predicted value, and setting a charging and discharging protection strategy based on the deviation-corrected electric quantity predicted value. The lithium battery has the effect of prolonging the service life of the lithium battery.
