The invention provides a flight deployment model pre-training method based on multi-modal data, and the method comprises the steps: 1, obtaining the screen recording data of a control automation system, and obtaining the position information of an aircraft; obtaining the speed, course, height and flight number of the aircraft; step 2, acquiring voice data corresponding to the screen recording data of the control automation system, converting the voice data into characters, and extracting a control intention; 3, the position, speed, course, height and control intention of the aircraft are matched through flight numbers and combined into training data, the data are scored, and an air traffic control reinforcement learning evaluation model is trained; and step 4, training the air traffic control deep reinforcement learning flight deployment model. According to the method, the aircraft position information and the flight number in the control screen recording data and the control intention in the control voice data are extracted, manual evaluation is performed, and the flight deployment model is pre-trained, so that the training speed of the flight deployment model is increased, and the training effect of the flight deployment model is optimized.

    本发明提供了一种基于多模态数据的航班调配模型预训练方法,包括:步骤1,获取管制自动化系统录屏数据,获取航空器的位置信息;得到航空器的速度、航向、高度和航班号;步骤2,获取与管制自动化系统录屏数据对应的语音数据,将语音数据转换为文字,提取管制意图;步骤3,将航空器的位置、速度、航向、高度和管制意图通过航班号匹配,组合成训练数据,对数据进行评分,训练空管强化学习评价模型;步骤4,训练空管深度强化学习航班调配模型。本发明可以通过提取管制录屏数据中航空器位置信息及航班号,管制语音数据中的管制意图,并进行人工评价,对航班调配模型进行预训练,从而加快航班调配模型的训练速度,优化航班调配模型的训练效果。
