The invention discloses a prefabricated stair hoisting method and a point position balance alarm device used in the prefabricated stair hoisting method.The device comprises a box body, four electronic hoist scales are installed in the box body, and a single-chip microcomputer which has a data sending function and can transmit a measured tension value to a central area balance data module in real time is installed in each electronic hoist scale; the single-chip microcomputer analyzes the received data, and when the received data exceed a preset threshold value (1.15 times of a theoretical value), an early warning signal is sent out and is sent to the wireless alarm through the wireless transmitter for automatic alarm prompt. The single-chip microcomputer can set parameters according to different hoisting objects each time. The device is suitable for hoisting load-carrying object components within the range of 10t. When an accident occurs in the hoisting and hoisting process, the hoisting alarm prompt can be stopped immediately, and the problems of a sling, a shackle, a rotary hoisting ring or a factory component which have quality problems can be checked and replaced, so that the occurrence of safety accidents is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种预制楼梯吊装方法及其使用的点位平衡报警装置,包括箱体,内部装有4个电子吊秤,每个电子吊秤的内部安装带有数据发送功能,可将测量的拉力值实时传输给中心区域平衡数据模块内的单片机,单片机对收到的数据进行分析,当超过预设阈值时(1.15倍理论值),发出预警信号并通过无线发射器,将信号发送到无线警报器上进行自动报警提示。单片机可根据每次吊重物体的不同进行参数设置。本装置适宜于吊装10t范围以内的载重物体构件。能够在吊装、吊运过程中出现的意外情况时候,做到立即停止吊运报警提示,对出现质量问题的吊索、卸扣、旋转吊环或出厂自身构件问题进行检查和更换,避免安全事故的发生。
