The invention provides a hybrid vehicle collision safety control system and method and a vehicle. In the system, a collision sensor outputs a collision signal to a safety air bag controller; after receiving the collision signal, the safety air bag controller controls an air bag to pop up and transmits the collision signal to the whole vehicle controller, the battery management control unit and the communication box; after the battery management control unit receives the collision signal, the whole vehicle is controlled to be in high voltage; after the communication box receives the collision signal, a microphone and a loudspeaker are activated, and collision distress call information is automatically sent to the server; after receiving the braking signal and the collision signal, the braking controller controls the whole vehicle to brake; after the gear shifter receives the collision signal, the gear is forcibly shifted to the P gear; after the vehicle body domain controller receives the collision signal, a danger alarm flash lamp is controlled to be turned on; and after receiving the collision signal, the engine controller controls the oil pump to cut off oil. According to the invention, maximum collision safety is realized through a collision system strategy.
