The invention relates to a daisy chain communication fault processing method and device, a battery management system and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: when the current communication state of the daisy chain of the battery management system is verification failure, obtaining the normal communication number of analog front-end chips in the daisy chain; if the normal communication number of the analog front-end chips is smaller than the total number of the analog front-end chips, obtaining the residual electric quantity of the battery and the fault duration time; the battery management system responds to the corresponding fault processing measures according to the power utilization working condition of the vehicle, the electric quantity remaining interval matched with the battery remaining electric quantity and the fault duration time; wherein when the battery residual electric quantity is updated and matched to different electric quantity residual intervals, the battery management system updates and responds to the corresponding fault processing measures according to the corresponding power utilization working conditions, and the fault duration time is recorded again. According to the scheme provided by the invention, different fault processing measures can be flexibly adopted to process the daisy chain communication fault, the battery safety is ensured, and the user experience is improved at the same time.

    本申请涉及一种菊花链通讯故障的处理方法、处理装置、电池管理系统及车辆。该方法包括:当电池管理系统的菊花链的当前通讯状态为校验失败时,获取菊花链中的模拟前端芯片的正常通讯数量;若模拟前端芯片的正常通讯数量小于模拟前端芯片总数量时,获取电池剩余电量及故障持续时间;根据车辆的用电工况、电池剩余电量匹配的电量剩余区间、及故障持续时间,电池管理系统响应对应的故障处理措施;其中,当电池剩余电量更新并匹配至不同的电量剩余区间时,电池管理系统根据对应的用电工况更新响应对应的故障处理措施,且重新记录故障持续时间。本申请提供的方案,能够灵活采用不同的故障处理措施处理菊花链通讯故障,保障电池安全,同时改善用户体验。
