The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobile charging, in particular to a wear-resistant charging cable and a charging pile thereof, the wear-resistant charging cable comprises a cable core body, a belting layer and an outer coating layer which are coaxially arranged in sequence from inside to outside, and the outer coating layer is composed of a TPE inner protective layer and a nylon outer protective layer; the TPE inner protective layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 31 parts of SEBS (Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene) thermoplastic elastomer, 0.5 part of polyphenyl ether, 19 to 20 parts of 150N base oil, 7.7 parts of heavy calcium powder, 2.8 to 2.9 parts of talcum powder, 2 to 3 parts of silicone powder, 0.7 to 0.8 part of 900 cs silicone oil, 9 to 10 parts of magnesium powder, 4 to 5 parts of POE-3000-4 carbon, 3.8 to 3.9 parts of compatilizer, 2.8 to 2.9 parts of color master batch, 0.2 to 0.5 part of activating agent, 0.2 to 0.6 part of antioxidant and 0.1 to 0.4 part of erucyl amide. The outer sheath layer is arranged to be of a double-layer structure, and the thin transparent nylon layer is extruded on the outer sheath layer to enhance the self-cleaning and wear-resistant functions of the outer sheath layer; by improving the material of the TPE inner protective layer, the bending resistance and wear resistance of the charging cable are improved.

    本发明涉及新能源汽车充电技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨损充电线缆及其充电桩,包括从内到外依次同轴设置的线缆芯体、包带层和外被层,所述外被层由TPE内护层和尼龙外护层构成;所述TPE内护层包括以下重量份数比的组分:SEBS热塑性弹性体30‑31份、聚苯醚0.5份、150N基础油19‑20份、重钙粉7.7份、滑石粉2.8‑2.9份、硅酮粉2‑3份、900cs硅油0.7‑0.8份、镁粉9‑10份、POE‑3000‑4碳4‑5份、相容剂3.8‑3.9份、色母2.8‑2.9份、活化剂0.2‑0.5份、抗氧剂0.2‑0.6份、芥酸酰胺0.1‑0.4份。本发明通过将外被层设置为双层结构,外护层挤包一层薄的透明尼龙层增强外被层的自洁和耐磨损功能;通过改进TPE内护层材质,提高充电线缆的耐弯曲和耐磨损性能。
