The invention provides a biodiversity monitoring method based on an unmanned platform, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out the rapid and comprehensive scanning and monitoring of a to-be-restored environment region based on a multispectral monitoring data system on an unmanned plane, calculating the aquatic vegetation coverage rate of the to-be-restored environment region, and carrying out the rough classification of the types of aquatic plants; rapidly reaching a water area in a to-be-repaired environment through the unmanned ship, monitoring basic parameters of the water area and collecting a water body sample; scanning all aquatic plants in a water area in a to-be-repaired environment through an underwater laser scanner on the unmanned ship to obtain laser scanning imaging data, and establishing a regional plant exclusive database according to a coarse classification result, a collected water body sample analysis result and the imaging data to realize digital preservation of plant data; by calculating the aquatic vegetation coverage rate of the environmental area to be restored, and combining the rough classification result of the aquatic plant type, the analysis result of the collected water body sample and the imaging data obtained by scanning, the accuracy of the monitoring result can be ensured to the maximum extent.
本发明提出了一种基于无人平台的生物多样性监测方法,包括以下步骤:基于无人机上的多光谱监测数据系统快速全面扫描监测待修复环境区域,计算待修复环境区域水生植被覆盖率,并对水生植物类型进行粗分类;通过无人船快速到达待修复环境中的水域,监测水域的基本参数并收集水体样本;通过无人船上的水下激光扫描仪对待修复环境中的水域所有水生植物进行扫描得到激光扫描成像数据,根据粗分类结果、采集水体样本分析结果以及成像数据建立区域植物专属数据库,实现植物数据的数字化保藏;通过上述的计算待修复环境区域水生植被覆盖率,并对水生植物类型进行粗分类结果、采集水体样本分析结果、扫描得到的成像数据相互结合,可最大限度保证监测结果的准确性。
