The invention relates to the technical field of rocket offshore launching, and discloses an offshore suspension type rocket launching platform and a using method thereof.The offshore suspension type rocket launching platform comprises a launching platform body, a conical cooling groove is formed in the launching platform body, a water passing groove is formed in the launching platform body, and the water passing groove penetrates through the launching platform body and the conical cooling groove; a heat transfer block is fixedly installed at the top of the launching platform, the bottom of the heat transfer block extends into the conical cooling groove, the cooling mechanism comprises a strip-shaped box fixedly installed at the bottom of the launching platform, and a water pump is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the bottom of the strip-shaped box; a water conveying pipe is fixedly mounted at the top of the strip-shaped box, the water outlet end of the water pump communicates with the water conveying pipe, and a mounting groove is formed in the launching platform. Sediments deposited on the inner wall of the conical cooling tank can be swept into the collecting tank to be collected in the rotating process of the scraping plate, and the inner wall of the conical cooling tank is prevented from being corroded by the sediments containing salt.
