The windproof system comprises a wind speed and wind direction monitoring module, a windproof facility, a safety device, a station EMCS module and a station IBP module, the wind speed, wind power and wind direction outside the subway elevated station are obtained in real time through the wind speed and wind direction monitoring module, and when extreme weather such as typhoon or severe convection occurs, the wind speed, wind power and wind direction are monitored through the wind speed and wind direction monitoring module. The station EMCS module controls the windproof facility to work, so that the subway elevated station hall is in a closed state, the station hall is prevented from being damaged by extreme weather, and the safety of workers is protected; and the station IBP module controls the safety equipment to give an alarm to prompt a worker, and executes train buckling operation on a train in a rail running area, so that the safety of the train is protected, and dangers caused by running in extreme weather are avoided.
