The invention provides a vehicle tire radius calculation method and device and a readable storage medium, the method is applied to the technical field of vehicles, and the method comprises the steps that driving parameters of a vehicle at the current moment are acquired; when the running parameters indicate that the vehicle runs in a steady state, determining a plurality of first preset durations by taking the current moment as the starting moment, and obtaining the running distance and the wheel rotating speed of the vehicle in each first preset duration; based on the first preset duration, integral operation is conducted on the wheel rotation speed, and the total wheel rotation number of the vehicle in each first preset duration is obtained; the tire radius of the vehicle in each first preset duration is estimated according to the driving distance and the total number of revolutions of the wheels, the multiple tire radiuses are obtained, the method can improve the accuracy of the calculated tire radiuses, and therefore the stability of vehicle driving is improved.
