The method aims to solve the problems of frequent output power change and poor output efficiency due to repeated high-power charging and discharging of a power battery in the existing method. According to the method, repeated high-power charging and discharging of the power battery can be avoided, the energy conversion efficiency of the power battery is improved, the whole vehicle request power is stable and small in fluctuation change, and the working efficiency, reliability and service life of a fuel battery system can be improved.
