The aluminum alloy solid flat conductor comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.38-0.5 wt% of Si, 0.38-0.55 wt% of Mg, less than or equal to 0.1 wt% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.1 wt% of Fe and the balance of Al and inevitable impurities, and the single content of the inevitable impurities is less than or equal to 0.01 wt%; the strength of the aluminum alloy solid flat conductor is greater than 20MPa, the elongation at break is greater than 17%, and the electric conductivity is greater than or equal to 60.5% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard).
