The invention provides a method for efficiently and safely assembling an alkaline electrolytic bath, which comprises the following steps: sequentially mounting a right end pressing plate, a right end polar plate, a bipolar plate, a left end polar plate, a left end pressing plate and a tension bolt, and sequentially carrying out cold-state pre-tightening, hoisting and flatly placing, hot-state re-tightening and cold-state final tightening to complete the assembly of the alkaline electrolytic bath, wherein the meshing auxiliary device is used when the right end polar plate is mounted; a position difference adjusting device is used when the left end pressing plate is mounted; and an anti-falling device is used during hoisting. According to the method disclosed by the invention, corresponding devices are adopted on key parts which are difficult to position and nodes with relatively high safety risks, so that efficient and safe assembly of the alkaline electrolytic cell is realized.
本发明提供一种高效安全组装碱性电解槽的方法,所述方法包括:依次安装右端压板、右端极板、双极板、左端极板、左端压板和拉紧螺栓后,依次进行冷态预紧、吊装平放、热态复紧和冷态终紧,完成碱性电解槽的组装;其中,在安装右端极板时使用啮合辅助装置;在安装左端压板时使用位差调整装置;在吊装时使用防坠装置。本发明所述方法在涉及关键难以定位的部件以及安全风险较高的节点上采用了对应的装置,实现了碱性电解槽的高效安全组装。
