The unloading device comprises a vehicle body and a forklift shovel which is arranged on the vehicle body and driven by a power mechanism to ascend and descend, the forklift shovel is provided with an unloading mechanism, the unloading mechanism comprises an unloading bearing part capable of being in sliding fit with the forklift shovel in the vertical direction, and a roller is installed on the upper surface of the unloading bearing part; the upper surface of the unloading bearing part comprises a horizontal platform and a declination platform capable of forming smooth connection with the horizontal platform, and the unloading bearing part has an unloading state and a cargo conveying state that the horizontal platform is located above and below the bearing surface of the forklift shovel in the sliding process; the forklift shovel is further provided with a forward inclination preventing mechanism. According to the invention, the indoor secondary equipment is unloaded without cooperation of multiple persons, the indoor secondary equipment can be effectively prevented from dumping in the unloading process, and the unloading convenience of the indoor secondary equipment is improved.
