The invention discloses an underwater vehicle buoyancy adjusting device. The lower end of the outer wall of a main piston of a main buoyancy adjusting unit is mounted on a base, and the upper end of the outer wall of the main piston is connected with a main inner piston through a main corrugated pipe; the lower end of the push rod is connected with the servo push rod motor, the upper end of the push rod is connected with the main inner piston, and the servo push rod motor controls the push rod to stretch out and draw back to drive the main inner piston to move relative to the outer wall of the main piston so as to adjust the size of the main piston device. The main oil bag is installed between the servo push rod motor and the main inner piston, and oil is injected into the main oil bag to assist the main inner piston to move. The right side buoyancy adjusting unit and the left side buoyancy adjusting unit are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the main buoyancy adjusting unit, and oil is injected into the side oil bags to push the side inner pistons to move so as to adjust the volume of the pistons. The buoyancy can be quickly and accurately adjusted by using the push rod in a shallow water environment, and the buoyancy can be changed by switching to an oil bag auxiliary push rod mode when entering a deep water environment, so that the application range is further expanded.

    本发明公开了一种水下航行器浮力调节装置,主浮力调节单元的主活塞外壁下端安装于底座上、上端通过主波纹管与主内活塞连接;伺服推杆电机安装于底座上,推杆下端与伺服推杆电机连接、上端与主内活塞连接,通过伺服推杆电机控制推杆伸缩带动主内活塞相对主活塞外壁移动,以调节主活塞装置体积;主油囊安装于伺服推杆电机与主内活塞之间,通过向主油囊内注油辅助主内活塞移动;右侧浮力调节单元和左侧浮力调节单元对称布置于主浮力调节单元两侧,通过向侧方油囊内注油从而推动侧方内活塞移动以调节活塞体积。本发明能够在浅水环境中使用推杆快速精确调节浮力大小,进入深水环境时,可切换至油囊辅助推杆模式改变浮力大小,进一步拓展其使用范围。
