The motor and the power takeoff are arranged on the two sides of the center shaft respectively. The central shaft is hollowly sleeved on a first output half shaft in a power output shaft group of the shaft system and is connected with the differential mechanism through a second intermediate shaft and a third intermediate shaft; the differential mechanism is connected with the first output half shaft and a second output half shaft in the power output shaft set.
