The problem that the comfort of a whole vehicle is seriously affected due to the fact that the rigidity in other directions is increased when the transverse rigidity is increased synchronously in an existing scheme is solved.
本发明涉及一种重卡动力总成悬置系统领域,具体为提升动力悬置软垫横向刚度的方法,所述重卡动力悬置软垫由外到内依次为壳体、橡胶和芯体;所述芯体采用楔形芯体,所述楔形芯体的侧壁与壳体之间设置金属加强骨架,所述金属加强骨架与楔形芯体的侧壁围合形成硫化通道,所述硫化通道为向悬置软垫中心凸出的拱起结构,可抑制注入硫化通道中的橡胶沿着横向运动;将所述金属加强骨架设置与楔形芯体的侧壁硫化面平行的安装部和在安装部中心向楔形芯体凸出的加强部;楔形芯体安装于壳体内部,壳体和楔形芯体进行注胶硫化,使整个悬置硫化为一体。解决了在现有方案下为增加横向刚度同步导致其他方向刚度增大,严重影响整车的舒适性的问题。
