The invention provides an energy feedback type magneto-rheological semi-active suspension and a control method thereof.The semi-active suspension comprises a spring and an energy feedback type shock absorber, and the spring and the energy feedback type shock absorber are installed between a frame and an axle in parallel when used; the energy feedback type shock absorber comprises a magneto-rheological shock absorption mechanism, a connecting mechanism, a power transmission mechanism, a control mechanism and an energy feedback mechanism. The magneto-rheological damping mechanism is in transmission connection with the power transmission mechanism through the connecting mechanism; the power transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the energy feedback mechanism, and the power transmission mechanism is connected with the control mechanism; the connecting mechanism is used for converting the vertical road excitation received by the magneto-rheological damping mechanism into rotary motion in the horizontal direction and transmitting the rotary motion to the power transmission mechanism; the power transmission mechanism transmits rotary motion to the energy feedback mechanism, and the control mechanism is used for changing the transmission ratio of the power transmission mechanism. The transmission ratio of the power transmission mechanism can be adjusted through the control mechanism, so that the energy feedback efficiency of the energy feedback mechanism can be adjusted.

    本发明提供一种馈能式磁流变半主动悬架及其控制方法,所述半主动悬架包括:包括弹簧和馈能式减振器,所述弹簧与馈能式减振器使用时并联安装于车架与车桥之间;所述馈能式减振器包括磁流变减振机构、连接机构、动力传递机构、控制机构和馈能机构;磁流变减振机构通过连接机构与动力传递机构传动连接;动力传递机构与馈能机构传动连接,动力传递机构与控制机构相连接;连接机构用于将磁流变减振机构接收的垂向路面激励转化为水平方向的旋转运动并传递至动力传递机构;动力传递机构将旋转运动传递至馈能机构,控制机构用于改变动力传递机构的传动比。本发明可以通过控制机构调节动力传递机构的传动比,从而可以调节馈能机构的馈能效率。
