The invention relates to a high-precision jacking mechanism which sequentially comprises a bottom plate, a jacking assembly and a carrying plate from bottom to top. The jacking assembly comprises a guide base, a direct drive motor and a lead screw transmission assembly, the driving end of the top of the direct drive motor drives the carrier plate above through the lead screw transmission assembly to move in the vertical direction, and base plates are installed on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the carrier plate correspondingly. The substrate is connected with the guide base on the inner side through the guide rail assembly distributed in the vertical direction, and at least one sensor assembly and one grating assembly are further installed between the substrate and the guide base. The direct drive motor is mainly used for being matched with lead screw transmission, a high-precision grating ruler system and the like, the jacking mechanism has the advantages of being high in precision and stability, and the overall precision of laser machining can be improved.
