The unfolding section is of a cylindrical structure formed by buckling two semi-cylindrical shaping bodies, a cavity is formed in the cylindrical structure, a cable is wound in the cavity, one end of the cable is connected with the buoyancy section, and the other end of the cable is connected with the instrument cabin section; hoops are arranged outside the two semi-cylindrical shaping bodies, the hoops are clamped, and the instrument cabin section is clamped at the bottom end of the unfolding section; the interior of the instrument cabin section is a sealed cavity; the hoop is separated, and the unfolding section is separated from the buoyancy section and the instrument cabin section. The method is suitable for automatically laying the marine mooring platform.
