The method comprises the steps that when an engine management system conducts self-learning, an engine is controlled to be kept in a starting state, and oil supply to the engine is stopped; when the engine management system completes self-learning or detects that the pressing distance of the accelerator pedal is larger than a first distance threshold value, the clutch is controlled to enter a semi-combination state; after the clutch enters the semi-combination state, oil supply to the engine is recovered, ignition is conducted, and meanwhile a synchronous torque request is sent to the engine management system so that the rotating speed of the engine can be synchronized with the rotating speed of the motor; when the rotating speed of the engine and the rotating speed of the motor are not synchronized after being synchronized or exceeding the set time, the clutch is controlled to enter a complete combination state, and meanwhile a first torque request is sent to an engine management system to drive the engine. The clutch is controlled to enter a semi-combination state, the engine and the motor are synchronous in rotating speed, and ignition impact can be effectively reduced.
