The invention discloses a mobile charging pile positioning method and system, and the method comprises the steps: installing an electronic tag on a mobile charging pile, and reading the electronic tag through reading equipment; acquiring environment information of a charging area, establishing a charging area map model, and calculating an optimal path from the mobile charging pile to the to-be-charged automobile according to the position information of the to-be-charged automobile and the standard position information of the mobile charging pile; dynamically adjusting the position and posture of the mobile charging pile according to the charging parameter information, the battery charging parameters and the optimal path, so that the mobile charging pile moves to the target charging position to charge the to-be-charged automobile, and automatically adjusting the charging power of the mobile charging pile; the charging data of the mobile charging pile are analyzed and counted, the charging peak time is obtained, a cooperation mechanism is established, and the charging task is dynamically allocated at the charging peak time, so that the mobile charging pile can be accurately identified and tracked at any position, and the charging efficiency and the resource utilization rate are improved.
