The invention provides a charging device, a charging system, a charging method and a computer readable storage medium. In the charging device, a control module is used for controlling a first wireless charging and discharging module to receive electric energy output by at least one first vehicle connected with the charging device, and is used for controlling the first wireless charging and discharging module to output the electric energy to at least one second vehicle connected with the charging device. Thus, in the multiple vehicles passing through the same charging device, the vehicles with the batteries not fully charged can obtain the electric energy of other vehicles to be charged, and therefore the situation that the vehicles cannot be charged when the stored energy of the charging device is insufficient is avoided.
