The invention provides a hard wire clamping stagnation detection device and system of a lithium battery BMS system and an electric automobile, and belongs to the technical field of electric automobiles. The device comprises a capacitor, a triode and a first diode; the positive electrode of the first diode and the base electrode of the triode are connected to a hard wire signal detection port; the hard wire signal detection port is also connected with the lithium battery; the negative electrode of the first diode is connected with a hard wire signal wake-up port through the capacitor; the hard wire signal wake-up port is also connected with a wake-up pin of a power management chip of the lithium battery BMS system; and the cathode of the first diode is also grounded through the collector electrode and the emitter electrode of the triode. Through the circuit formed by the capacitor, the triode and the first diode, the clamping stagnation of the hard wire can be detected, and the purpose of ensuring the dormancy of the lithium battery BMS system can be achieved even if the clamping stagnation problem of the hard wire occurs.

    本发明提供一种锂电池BMS系统的硬线卡滞检测装置、系统及电动汽车,属于电动汽车技术领域,该装置包括:电容、三极管和第一二极管;所述第一二极管的正极和所述三极管的基极连接于硬线信号检测口;所述硬线信号检测口还与锂电池连接;所述第一二极管的负极通过所述电容与硬线信号唤醒口连接;所述硬线信号唤醒口还与锂电池BMS系统的电源管理芯片的唤醒脚连接;所述第一二极管的阴极还通过所述三极管的集电极和发射极接地。本发明通过电容、三极管和第一二极管构成的电路,可以实现对硬线的卡滞进行检测,并且即使硬线出现卡滞问题也可以保证锂电池BMS系统休眠的目的。
