The invention provides a self-adaptive suspension method for a new energy heavy-duty truck, which relates to the technical field of heavy-duty automobiles and comprises the following steps: when the new energy heavy-duty truck is started, acquiring the front, back, left and right suspension heights of a cab; when the suspension height is higher than a preset height value, the air cylinder is deflated, and when the suspension height is lower than the preset height value, the air cylinder is inflated; and when the maximum suspension height difference of the cab is larger than a preset threshold value, self-adaptive inflation and deflation adjustment is carried out on the front suspension air cylinder and the rear suspension air cylinder according to the variance of the pressure at each buffer rod and the suspension height. The front suspension, the rear suspension and the warehouse suspension are effectively matched, safe suspension data of the warehouse suspension are obtained through suspension parameters of a cab, and the front suspension cylinder and the rear suspension cylinder are adaptively adjusted when the warehouse suspension meets the safe suspension data; an alarm is given out when warehouse suspension does not meet the safe suspension data; and the transportation safety of the heavy-duty truck is ensured.

    本发明提供一种新能源重载货车自适应悬挂方法,涉及重载汽车技术领域,包括以下步骤:新能源重卡启动时,获取驾驶室前后左右悬置高度;在悬置高度高于预设高度值时气缸放气,在悬置高度低于预设高度值时气缸充气;驾驶室最大悬置高度差大于预定阈值时,根据各缓冲杆处的压力的方差和悬置高度,对前悬气缸和后悬气缸进行自适应充放气调节。本发明将前悬置、后悬置以及货仓悬挂进行有效配合,通过驾驶室的悬置参数,得到货仓悬挂的安全悬挂数据,在货仓悬挂满足安全悬挂数据时对前后悬气缸进行自适应调节;在货仓悬挂不满足安全悬挂数据时发出警报;确保重载货车的运输安全。
