The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle based on optical fiber guidance. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an aircraft module, a photoelectric conversion module, an optical fiber module and a ground control module. The photoelectric signal conversion module is used for conversion between an optical signal and an electric signal; the optical fiber module is used for transmitting optical signals; the ground control module is used for sending a control signal of the aircraft module and receiving information converted by the photoelectric conversion module; the optical fiber module comprises an optical fiber coil which is arranged on the aircraft module, one end of the optical fiber coil is provided with an optical fiber outgoing head, and the optical fiber outgoing head is connected with the ground control module from one end of the optical fiber coil in an inner side outgoing mode. By adopting an optical fiber guidance technology, the unmanned aerial vehicle is not influenced by electromagnetic interference, stable work in a complex electromagnetic environment is realized, the anti-interference capability of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved, and meanwhile, the optical fiber outlet head is wound from the inner side of the optical fiber to lead out the optical fiber, so that safe pay-off of the optical fiber is realized; the problem that a traditional optical fiber pay-off mode is prone to causing mutual winding of optical fibers or winding of unmanned aerial vehicle propellers is solved.
