The method comprises the following steps: performing remote sensing data acquisition on a target monitoring area through an unmanned aerial vehicle to obtain remote sensing image data sets with different echelon resolutions; road information identification and vehicle information identification are carried out on the image data through an identification model, and congestion influence analysis is carried out on the road information and the vehicle information; the method comprises the following steps: performing periodic trajectory diagram acquisition on remote sensing image data acquired in a continuous time period of a target area, performing dimension reduction fusion in combination with periodic trajectory diagrams of vehicles on roads, and respectively calculating periodic traffic complexity of corresponding roads; the congestion state of the corresponding road is obtained by combining the vehicle and road congestion influence analysis and the road period complexity; and carrying out real-time feedback on the congestion state of each road in the target area in combination with the periodic complexity and the vehicle information, and warning an abnormal congestion road area.
