A clutch unit which is used for transmitting power between the speed change unit and the left output shaft and between the speed change unit and the right output shaft and can control the left output shaft or the right output shaft to be separated from the transmission chain is arranged on the clutch main shaft; the power unit is linked with the input main shaft, and is linked with the left output shaft and the right output shaft through the speed change unit and the clutch unit; the left output shaft and the right output shaft are provided with a left output gear and a right output gear which are used for being matched with the clutch unit to transmit power, and the clutch unit is internally provided with an input gear, a first output gear and a second output gear which are matched and meshed with the speed changing unit, the left output gear and the right output gear respectively.
