By arranging the supporting base with the cavity, the supporting base is of a cage-shaped structure, and the nut installed in the cavity can move in the cavity to achieve the fastening and loosening functions.     本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种紧固装置及汽车零部件安装方法。紧固装置包括:支撑座内设有空腔,支撑座表面设有滑槽,镂空结构与空腔连通,且镂空结构上设有上止位和下止位,支撑座用于穿设在薄壁钣金的冲压孔中;紧固螺母,其用于收纳在空腔中,紧固螺母上设有作用部,作用部穿过镂空结构并伸出支撑座,作用部可沿镂空结构移动;紧固配件,其用于穿设于被紧固件中,紧固配件可伸入空腔并拧动紧固螺母,以使作用部和紧固螺母在镂空结构的反作用力下沿镂空结构移动。本申请通过设置带有空腔的支撑座使得支撑座呈一个笼形结构,使得安装于空腔内的螺母可以在空腔内移动来实现紧固和松开的功能。装配人员只需要在钣金外侧拧紧紧固配件即可实现零部件件的紧固装配。
