The invention provides an ACF rotor trailing edge flap and an aerodynamic load rigidity test method thereof, and the method comprises the steps: 1, carrying out the displacement test of a rhombic piezoelectric actuator in a clamped-free state, step 2, carrying out an output force and displacement test on the rhombic piezoelectric actuator in a clamped-clamped state, and obtaining a voltage signal [delta] sgfree (pk-pk) and an output displacement # imgabs0 # of the output end of the driver; step 3, carrying out a stack strain voltage test on the rhombic piezoelectric actuator in a clamped-clamped state, and obtaining a voltage signal [delta] sgblock (pk-pk) of a strain sensor; step 4, obtaining an output displacement # imgabs1 # of an output end of the actuator and an output force # imgabs2 # of the actuator, and calculating a blocking force # imgabs3 # of the actuator; step 3, carrying out a stack strain voltage test on the rhombic piezoelectric actuator in a clamped-clamped state, and obtaining a voltage signal [delta] sgblock (pk-pk) of the strain sensor; 4, testing the ACF rotor blade in a non-rotating state, and calculating to obtain the spring external load rigidity kflap of the driving device; 5, testing the ACF rotor blade in a rotating state to obtain the external load rigidity kload of the driver; and step 6, according to the spring external load rigidity kflap of the driving device and the external load rigidity kload of the actuator, calculating the pneumatic external load rigidity kaero of the trailing edge flap in the rotating state of the rotor wing.
