The invention provides a civil helicopter ground joint test bed coupling stability test method, which comprises the following steps: 1, establishing a digital model of a ground joint test bed and a helicopter, and calculating coupling stability by using the digital model; 2, if the coupling stability meets the preset requirement, a ground combined test bed is built, and the ground combined test bed comprises a rack system, a starting control system, a test system and a ground fly-by-wire control system; 3, filling fuel oil into the test prototype, starting an engine of the test prototype, driving a main speed reducer and a tail speed reducer, driving a transmission shaft and a rotor wing to rotate, starting the engine to a test task set test state, and providing set excitation for the test prototype through a ground fly-by-wire flight control system; 4, monitoring the data acquired by the ground acquisition equipment in real time by the comprehensive monitoring system, processing the acquired data, and judging whether the test requirement is met or not at present; and 5, processing the collected data, and analyzing the coupling stability margin of the ground joint test bed by integrating various data results.
