The invention is suitable for the field of intelligent charging management, and provides a parking and charging management method and system based on an intelligent charging ground lock. The system comprises a vehicle identification module, a parking area division and guidance module, a charging demand collection and scheduling module, a parking space monitoring and verification module, a user behavior recording and reputation file module, and a point management and parking strategy optimization module. According to the method, the type of a vehicle can be recognized when the vehicle enters, new energy vehicles needing to be charged are classified into one class, new energy vehicles and fuel vehicles which do not need to be charged are classified into one class and are distributed to different parking intervals, and a recognition device is arranged in front of a parking space to judge whether the current vehicle is parked in a wrong parking space or not; and meanwhile, the new energy vehicles are allocated through an intelligent scheduling algorithm, and the charging piles are reasonably allocated according to charging requirements and battery capacities of different vehicles, so that efficient charging is ensured, and resource waste is avoided.

    本发明适用于智能充电管理领域,提供了一种基于智能充电地锁的停车和充电管理方法及系统,所述系统包括:车辆识别模块、停车区域划分与引导模块、充电需求收集与调度模块、停车位监测与验证模块、用户行为记录与信誉档案模块、积分管理与停车策略优化模块。该方法不仅能够在车辆进入时识别车辆类型,将需要充电的新能源汽车归为一类,将无需充电的新能源汽车和燃油汽车归为一类,分别分配至不同的停车区间,且停车位前有识别装置,判定当前车辆是否停错停车位;同时该方法会通过智能调度算法,对新能源车辆进行分配,根据不同车辆的充电需求和电池容量,合理分配充电桩,以确保高效充电,避免资源浪费。
