The arbor canopy sampling device comprises a control module, the unmanned aerial vehicle and a sampling module, the control module and the sampling module are carried on the unmanned aerial vehicle; the sampling module comprises a cutting module and a grabbing module; the cutting module comprises a direct current motor, a circular saw blade and a guide fork, the circular saw blade is connected with the output end of the direct current motor, the edge of the guide fork is adjacent to the circular saw blade, and the direct current motor is in transmission connection with the circular saw blade; the grabbing module comprises a device bottom part, an electric clamping jaw and a guide rod, the connecting position of the device bottom part and the electric clamping jaw is lifted, the output end of the electric clamping jaw is fixedly connected with the guide rod, the electric clamping jaw and the guide fork are arranged in parallel, and the device bottom part and the guide fork are integrally arranged. The method provides key support for commercialization of a practical canopy sampling system.
