The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a shelf containing plant fibers and the shelf manufactured by the manufacturing method. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a) homogenizing a halogen-free flame retardant to obtain a homogenized halogen-free flame retardant; b) melting thermoplastic resin, and uniformly blending the molten thermoplastic resin with the plant fibers, the homogeneous halogen-free flame retardant and the compatilizer to obtain a plant fiber composite material; c) extruding and granulating the plant fiber composite material to obtain a granular composite material; and d) mixing the granular composite material with a foaming agent, and performing injection molding to obtain the shelf. The shelf manufactured by the method is green, environment-friendly, non-toxic and harmless, and also has a high flame-retardant effect and a light-weight effect.
本公开涉及含植物纤维搁板的制造方法及由其制造的搁板。该制造方法包括a)将无卤阻燃剂均质化,得到均质无卤阻燃剂;b)将热塑性树脂熔融,并将熔融热塑性树脂与植物纤维、均质无卤阻燃剂和相容剂均匀共混,得到植物纤维复合材料;c)将植物纤维复合材料挤出并造粒,得到粒状复合材料;以及d)将粒状复合材料与发泡剂混合并注塑成形,得到搁板。根据该方法制造的搁板绿色环保、无毒无害,而且还具有高阻燃效果和轻量化效果。
