本发明公开了铁路过渡段可调高路基结构工作方法及其顶升油缸,所述顶升油缸为单作用二级超薄顶升油缸,包括油缸底座、缸筒、一级活塞杆、二级活塞杆和鞍座;缸筒底端固定于油缸底座上,缸筒内通过导向套一同轴密封活动地套装一级活塞杆,一级活塞杆内通过导向套二同轴密封活动地套装二级活塞杆,二级活塞杆上端连接布置鞍座,鞍座用于接触顶接被顶升物。本发明的油缸本体长度较同行程的单级油缸短,不存在换级抖动的问题,避免了一级和二级活塞杆伸出时速度不一致的情况,同步性精度更高,更易控制,实现搭板的平稳抬升。
