The invention provides a micro-grid frequency modulation control method and device, a storage medium and equipment, and the method comprises the steps: building a micro-grid state space model to describe the state change of all subsystems in a micro-grid and the influence of the state change on the system frequency deviation, and providing the information of the overall operation state of a micro-grid system through the micro-grid state space model, the droop controller adjusts the charging and discharging behaviors of the electric vehicle according to the information so as to maintain the stability of the system frequency, and after the droop controller carries out control by adjusting the charging and discharging behaviors of the electric vehicle, if the system frequency deviation is still higher than the frequency deviation upper limit value, the droop controller is started. And if yes, calculating more appropriate charging and discharging power of the electric vehicle through the neural fuzzy controller, thereby more accurately controlling the charging and discharging behaviors of the electric vehicle. In this way, frequency control of the micro-grid is completed by integrating the state space model, the droop control technology and the neural fuzzy control mechanism, and accurate adjustment and stable control of the frequency of the micro-grid system are achieved.

    本申请提供一种微电网调频控制方法、装置、存储介质及设备,该方法中,建立微电网状态空间模型来描述微电网中所有子系统的状态变化以及其对系统频率偏差的影响,通过该微电网状态空间模型提供微电网系统整体运行状态的信息,而下垂控制器根据这些信息调整电动汽车的充放电行为,以维持系统频率的稳定性,在下垂控制器已经通过调整电动汽车的充放电行为进行控制后,若系统频率偏差仍高于频率偏差上限值,则通过神经模糊控制器计算出更合适的电动汽车充放电功率,从而更精准地控制电动汽车的充放电行为。如此,综合状态空间模型、下垂控制技术和神经模糊控制机制来完成微电网的频率控制,实现了对微电网系统频率的精确调节和稳定控制。
