The invention discloses an ice and snow road operation safety risk evaluation and early warning method, and aims to solve the problem of lack of ice and snow road operation risk quantification at present. The safety risk evaluation and early warning method comprises the following steps: 1, acquiring road real-time state information through a road information monitoring facility; 2, establishing a road safety field model according to the driving safety coefficient and the lane risk coefficient; 3, respectively establishing corresponding vehicle safety field models for different vehicle types; 4, establishing an environment safety field model according to the visibility field coefficient and the illumination condition coefficient; and 5, superposing the road safety field, the vehicle safety field and the environment safety field, establishing an ice and snow road operation safety field, and determining a superposition coefficient. The invention further provides an ice and snow road operation safety risk grading system and early warning, the road safety field, the vehicle safety field and the environment safety field are established based on the ice and snow road operation characteristics, quantitative evaluation of the road operation risk under the ice and snow condition is achieved, traffic accidents can be effectively avoided, and the remaining transportation capacity of the road is released.

    一种冰雪道路运营安全风险评价与预警方法,本发明为了解决目前缺乏对冰雪道路运营风险量化的问题。安全风险评价与预警方法:一、通过道路信息监测设施获取道路实时状态信息;二、由行车安全系数和车道风险系数建立道路安全场模型;三、针对不同车型分别建立相应车辆安全场模型;四、由能见度场系数和照明情况系数建立环境安全场模型;五、叠加道路安全场、车辆安全场和环境安全场,建立冰雪道路运营安全场并确定叠加系数。本发明还提出冰雪道路运营安全风险分级制度及预警,本发明基于冰雪道路运营特征建立了道路安全场、车辆安全场和环境安全场,实现了冰雪条件下道路运营风险的量化评估,可以有效避免交通事故的发生,释放道路剩余运输能力。
