The invention provides a vehicle accident attribution system and method based on cloud-vehicle cooperation, and the system comprises a vehicle-mounted unit which is disposed on a vehicle, is connected and communicated with a cloud platform through C-V2X, and is used for judging whether an accident occurs or not according to the vehicle accident information, storing a vehicle safety message generated in a preset time period T when the accident occurs, and sending the vehicle safety message to a cloud platform; the information is reported to the cloud platform through C-V2X; the road side unit is connected with the cloud platform and is used for calling the road sensing data of the position according to the vehicle position information issued by the cloud platform, screening the road sensing data conforming to the accident characteristics and reporting the road sensing data to the cloud platform; and the cloud platform is used for acquiring the position information of the vehicle with the accident according to the vehicle safety message, issuing the position information to the road side unit, fitting the track of the accident vehicle on a high-precision map according to the vehicle safety message and the road perception data, and carrying out accident attribution and automatic accident liability division on the accident caused by a specific reason according to a preset rule. According to the technical scheme, the intelligent degree is high, traffic accident liability can be automatically judged, and manual participation is effectively reduced.

    本发明提供一种基于云车协同的车辆事故归因系统及方法,所述系统包括:车载单元,设置于车辆上,通过C‑V2X与云平台连接通信,用于根据车辆事故信息,判断是否发生事故,在发生事故时,存储预设时间段T内产生的车辆安全消息,并通过C‑V2X上报云平台;路侧单元,与云平台相连,用于根据云平台下发的车辆位置信息,调取该位置的道路感知数据,筛选符合事故特征的道路感知数据,将其上报云平台;云平台,用于根据车辆安全消息,获取发生事故的车辆位置信息,并下发至路侧单元,以及根据车辆安全消息和道路感知数据,将事故车辆轨迹在高精地图上进行拟合,对特定原因造成的事故,按照预设规则进行事故归因,自动划分事故责任。该技术方案智能化程度高,能够自动判断交通事故责任,有效减少人工参与。
