And sand blasting is adopted for coarsening, and the substrate shows high bonding strength. The high-temperature strain gauge is installed in a flame spraying mode, and compared with a ceramic adhesive pasting mode, the flame spraying mode has the advantages that the flame spraying mode is not limited by the size of a test piece, spraying fixing on a light and thin blade can be achieved, the operation process is simple, and the strain gauge is well protected when the strain gauge works.

    本发明涉及航空发动机高温应力测试技术领域,尤其涉及一种高温应变计敷设的方法,包括以下步骤:S1、试件表面净化;S2、试件表面粗化:采用喷砂对试件表面待安装表面进行粗化,试件表面非安装部位进行保护;S3、喷枪调试,设定工艺参数;S4、应变计安装:采用火焰喷涂的方式进行敷设;S5、导线的焊接;S6、应变计安装质量检查。采用喷砂进行粗化,基底则显示出较大的结合强度。采用火焰喷涂的方式进行高温应变计安装,相对于采用陶瓷胶粘贴的方式,其特点是:不受试件尺寸限制,可以实现在轻薄叶片上的喷涂固定,操作工艺简单,应变计工作时对应变计的保护较好。
