The multiple vortex generators are distributed in the main flow channel in a matrix staggered mode, liquid flows into the throttling channel through the water inlet flow channel and flows to the main flow channel through the throttling channel, the liquid in the main flow channel forms strong turbulent flow under the action of the vortex assemblies, mixing of the liquid in the main flow channel is enhanced through the continuous vortex structure, and generated flow resistance is small; the convective heat transfer coefficient of the liquid side can be increased, the heat exchange efficiency of the heater is improved, heated liquid in the main flow channel flows to the water outlet flow channel through the throttling channel and finally flows out of a water outlet of the water outlet flow channel, and the liquid at all positions in the throttling channel is extremely small in speed gradient and uniform in flow speed, so that the liquid is uniformly distributed and enters the main flow channel; therefore, the liquid is heated more uniformly.

    本发明属于加热器技术领域,公开了液体加热器流道结构及液体加热器,该液体加热器流道结构包括壳体和涡流组件,壳体开设有进水流道、出水流道、两个节流通道和主流道,涡流组件包括多个涡流发生器,多个涡流发生器呈矩阵交错分布于主流道,液体由进水流道流入节流通道,经过节流通道流至主流道,主流道内的液体在涡流组件的作用下形成强湍流,连续的涡旋结构加强了主流道内液体的混合,产生的流阻较小,能够提升液体侧的对流换热系数,提升加热器的换热效率,主流道内加热后的液体经过节流通道流至出水流道,最终从出水流道的出水口流出,节流通道内各处的液体速度梯度极小,流速均匀,使得液体均匀分配进入主流道,从而使得液体加热更加均匀。
