The invention provides an embedded circular tube type honeycomb sandwich panel and a forming method and application thereof.The embedded circular tube type honeycomb sandwich panel comprises an upper panel and a lower panel, a plurality of honeycomb sandwich cores are arranged between the upper panel and the lower panel in the longitudinal direction, each honeycomb sandwich core comprises a honeycomb and a thin-wall cylinder, the top of each thin-wall cylinder is arranged on the bottom face of the upper panel in the longitudinal direction, and the top of each thin-wall cylinder is arranged on the bottom face of the lower panel in the longitudinal direction; the bottom of the honeycomb is arranged on the top face of the lower panel in the longitudinal direction, the thin-wall cylinder is inserted into the honeycomb, the outer wall of the thin-wall cylinder is tangent to the inner wall of the honeycomb, and the thin-wall cylinder and the honeycomb are used for reducing gaps between the thin-wall cylinder and the honeycomb so that the thin-wall cylinder and the honeycomb can have synergistic impact resistance. The invention further provides a forming method of the embedded circular tube type honeycomb sandwich panel and application of the embedded circular tube type honeycomb sandwich panel in a near-field explosion finite element simulation model. The honeycomb embedded circular tube structure is used for the core material design of the sandwich panel, and the protection characteristic of the structure under the action of explosive shock waves is improved by combining the synergistic effect of the sandwich structure panels.

    本发明给出一种内嵌圆管式蜂窝夹芯板及成型方法和应用,内嵌圆管式蜂窝夹芯板包括上面板和下面板,上面板和下面板之间沿纵向设有多个蜂窝夹芯,各蜂窝夹芯包括蜂窝和薄壁圆筒,薄壁圆筒的顶部沿纵向设在上面板的底面上,蜂窝的底部沿纵向设在下面板的顶面上,薄壁圆筒插设在蜂窝内,且薄壁圆筒的外壁与蜂窝的内壁相切,用于减少薄壁圆筒和蜂窝之间的空隙,以使薄壁圆筒和蜂窝具有协同耐冲击力。本发明还给出内嵌圆管式蜂窝夹芯板的成型方法以及在近场爆炸有限元仿真模型中的应用。本发明将蜂窝内嵌圆管结构用于夹芯板芯材设计,结合夹芯结构面板协同作用提升结构在爆炸冲击波作用下的防护特性。
