The invention discloses a tread rubber composition for improving chunking and chipping of tires and production equipment thereof, and relates to the technical field of tire rubber.The tread rubber composition is prepared from, by weight, 60-80 phr of natural rubber, 20-40 phr of butadiene rubber, 40-60 phr of carbon black, 0.1-2 phr of modified carbon tubes, 0.2-4 phr of modified graphene masterbatch, 1-10 phr of resin, 0.8 phr of activating agent, 1.2 phr of accelerant and 1.5 phr of sulfur; in the formula of the rubber material, matrix rubber is a main factor influencing the performance of the rubber material: compared with natural rubber, butadiene rubber can obviously improve the wear resistance and flexural fatigue performance of the rubber material, increase the running mileage of a tire and improve the groove crack problem of the tire; the rubber composition has the advantages that the rubber composition is prepared from butadiene rubber, the tear resistance and the cutting resistance of the rubber material are obviously reduced along with the increase of the adding proportion of the butadiene rubber, the tensile strength and the elongation at break are also reduced to a certain extent, the produced rubber composition can effectively avoid chunking and chipping after being processed into tires, and meanwhile, the cleaning can be very convenient after rubber mixing.
本发明公开了一种改善轮胎崩花掉块的胎面橡胶组合物及其生产设备,涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,按照重量份包含天然橡胶60phr至80phr、丁二烯橡胶20phr至40phr、炭黑40phr至60phr、改性碳管0.1phr至2phr、改性石墨烯母胶0.2phr至4phr、树脂1‑10phr、活化剂0.8phr、促进剂1.2phr、硫磺1.5phr;在胶料配方中,基体橡胶是影响胶料性能的主要因素:和天然橡胶相比,顺丁橡胶能显著提高胶料耐磨及曲挠疲劳性能,可增加轮胎行驶里程,并改善轮胎沟裂问题;不过随着顺丁橡胶添加比例增加,胶料的撕裂、耐切割显著降低,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率也有一定程度降低,生产出的橡胶组合物在加工成轮胎后能够有效避免出现崩花掉块,同时在炼胶后能够非常方便的进行清理。
