The invention relates to the technical field of high-altitude operation equipment, in particular to a power transmission line high-altitude operation lifting device which comprises a driving bin, a pedal assembly installed at the bottom of one end of the driving bin, a lifting assembly balance rod installed at the top of one end of the driving bin, a seat cushion assembly installed at the top of the driving bin, and a battery bin installed on one side of the driving bin. The driving bin comprises a main shell, a front end shell and a rear end shell are installed at the two ends of the main shell correspondingly, and a driving assembly is installed in the main shell. According to the power transmission line high-altitude operation lifting device, the servo motor, the brake assembly and the gear transmission assembly which are arranged in the driving bin form an efficient and controllable driving system. The servo motor provides stable power output, the power is accurately transmitted to the rope winding disc through the gear transmission assembly, stable lifting of the lifting device is achieved, the lifting assembly is provided with the balance rod, and it can be guaranteed that an operator always sits on the lifting device to operate the device to ascend and descend. Meanwhile, the brake assembly can respond rapidly when necessary, it is ensured that the device can be stably stopped at any position, and the operation safety is greatly improved.
