The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure hoisting, and discloses a hoisting device for high-rise building steel structure installation construction and a hoisting method thereof.The hoisting device comprises a clamping adjusting mechanism, the clamping adjusting mechanism further comprises a protective shell, a sliding rack is connected to the inner wall of the protective shell in a penetrating mode, and a motor operates to drive a first bevel gear to rotate; when the first bevel gear rotates, the second bevel gear connected with the first bevel gear in a meshed mode is driven to rotate, meanwhile, a gear at the bottom of the second bevel gear rotates, a sliding rack connected with the gear in a meshed mode stretches out and draws back, and the function of adjusting the length is achieved; a hydraulic pipe fixed to one end of the sliding rack can push a bottom hydraulic groove to rotate, meanwhile, a first embedded gear at the top of the hydraulic groove is driven to rotate in a meshed mode with a first arc-shaped convex tooth, and the first arc-shaped convex tooth and the first embedded gear form buckle limitation through springback of a first telescopic spring under meshed rotation extrusion of the first embedded gear; and the telescopic rotation adjusting effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及钢结构吊装技术领域,且公开了一种高层建筑钢结构安装施工用吊装装置及其吊装方法,包括夹持调节机构,夹持调节机构还包括有保护壳,保护壳的内壁处贯通连接有滑动齿条,电机运行,带动锥形齿轮一转动,在锥形齿轮一转动时带动与之啮合连接的锥形齿轮二进行转动,同时在锥形齿轮二底部的齿轮转动,并使和齿轮啮合连接的滑动齿条发生伸缩,达到长短进行调节的功能,滑动齿条在伸缩时,固定在滑动齿条一端的液压管会推动底部液压槽转动,同时带动液压槽顶部的内嵌齿轮一与弧形凸齿一进行啮合转动,弧形凸齿一则在内嵌齿轮一的啮合转动挤压下,通过伸缩弹簧一的回弹与内嵌齿轮一形成一个卡扣限制,实现伸缩旋转调节的效果。
