The invention relates to the technical field of lifting devices, in particular to a special lifting device for a disc separator, which comprises a lifting seat, the section of the lifting seat is of a triangular structure, a lifting hole is formed in the outer wall of one side of the lifting seat, and two symmetrically arranged sliding chutes are formed in the outer walls of the two sides of the lifting seat; and two hoisting mechanisms are slidably mounted on the inner walls of the four sliding grooves correspondingly, each hoisting mechanism comprises a connecting base, the section of each connecting base is of a trapezoidal structure, two rectangular openings are symmetrically formed in the outer wall of the top of each connecting base, and adjusting assemblies are slidably mounted on the inner walls of the two rectangular openings correspondingly. The defects in the prior art are overcome, the adjustable hoisting mechanism is arranged on the hoisting seat, the connecting seat can be conveniently installed on the hoisting seat through the two adjustable adjusting assemblies in the hoisting mechanism, the locking assembly is arranged on the connecting seat, and the hoisting chain can be conveniently and rapidly installed through the arrangement of the locking assembly; therefore, the problem that an existing lifting chain is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble is solved.

    本发明涉及起吊装置技术领域,具体涉及一种碟式分离机专用起吊装置,包括起吊座,起吊座截面为三角形结构,起吊座的一侧外壁开设有起吊孔,起吊座的两侧外壁均开设有两个对称设置的滑槽,且四个滑槽的内壁分别滑动安装有两个吊装机构,吊装机构包括连接座,且连接座的截面为梯形结构,连接座顶部外壁开设有两个对称设置有矩形口,且两个矩形口的内壁均滑动安装有调节组件。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,通过在起吊座上设置可以调节的吊装机构,吊装机构中两个可以调节的调节组件方便将连接座安装在起吊座上,又在连接座上设置锁紧组件,锁紧组件的设置方便对起吊链进行快速安装,从而解决了现有的起吊链不便拆装的问题。
