The invention discloses steel structure hoisting equipment based on a house building project roof. The steel structure hoisting equipment comprises a supporting unit arranged at the bottom and playing a supporting role, a hoisting unit, an adjusting unit used for adjusting the position of the hoisting unit, a balancing unit used for preventing the hoisting equipment from shaking and inclining and a clamping unit used for fixing a plurality of purlines. The adjusting unit arranged on the supporting unit comprises a lead screw part, a servo motor part used for driving the lead screw part to rotate, limiting bases connected to the two sides of the base in a bolted mode, a sliding part and a guiding part matched with the sliding part. The first lead screw and the second lead screw of the lead screw part are adopted and are driven by the first servo motor and the second servo motor which are independently controlled respectively, through cooperative use of the first lead screw and the second lead screw, left-right flexible displacement in the horizontal direction can be achieved, accurate adjustment in the front-back direction can be completed, and the problem that in the lifting process of traditional lifting equipment, the lifting efficiency is high is solved. And the hoisted steel member cannot be placed at the required position according to the construction requirement.

    本发明公开了一种基于房建工程屋面的钢结构吊装设备,包括设于底部起支撑作用的支撑单元、起吊单元、用于调整所述起吊单元位置的调整单元、防止吊装设备晃动与倾斜的平衡单元以及用于固定若干檩条的夹持单元;设于所述支撑单元上的调整单元包括丝杆部、用于驱动丝杆部旋转的伺服电机部、栓接于底座两侧的限位座、滑动部以及与所述滑动部适配的导向部;通过采用丝杆部的第一丝杆和第二丝杆,分别由独立控制的第一伺服电机和第二伺服电机驱动,通过两者的配合使用,不仅能够实现水平方向上的左右灵活位移,还能够完成前后方向的精确调整,解决了传统的吊装设备在吊运过程中,吊运的钢构件无法根据施工需求放置到需要的位置的问题。
