The invention discloses a pressing type self-locking device for lifting and releasing an underwater robot in the technical field of underwater robots. The pressing type self-locking device comprises an automatic lifting and releasing module, a self-unhooking mechanism, an underwater robot lifting and releasing head and a meter counting wheel module. The self-unhooking mechanism comprises a base, a first spring, a rocker, an annular support, a clamping jaw, a sliding block, a self-unhooking shell, a gland and a correlation type photoelectric sensor. According to the pressing type self-locking device for lifting and placing of the underwater robot, through sliding fit among the sliding block, the annular support and the base, the automatic locking and unlocking functions of the lifting and placing head and the self-unhooking shaft sleeve of the underwater robot are achieved, and the purpose that a plug pin is driven by pulling a rope to achieve the automatic locking and unlocking functions is achieved; a correlation type photoelectric sensor is adopted to detect the in-place locking state of the underwater robot, the rotating circle number information of a meter counting wheel is recorded through an encoder and sent to a shore-based system, and the reliability of automatic locking and unlocking in the integrated lifting process of the power buoy and the underwater robot is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了水下机器人技术领域的一种用于水下机器人吊放的按压式自锁装置,包括自动吊放模块、自脱钩机构、水下机器人吊放头和计米轮模块;所述自脱钩机构包括底座、第一弹簧、摇杆、环状支架、卡爪、滑块、自脱钩壳体、压盖和对射式光电传感器。本发明提供的用于水下机器人吊放的按压式自锁装置通过滑块、环状支架和底座之间的滑动配合,实现水下机器人吊放头和自脱钩轴套的自动锁合、解锁功能,解决了通过拉动绳索带动插销实现自动上锁、解锁功能的问题,采用对射式光电传感器检测水下机器人到位锁紧状态,通过编码器记录计米轮旋转圈数信息并发送至岸基系统,保证动力浮标和水下机器人一体化吊放过程中自动上锁、解锁的可靠性。
