The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery detonation early warning device which comprises a sensor module used for monitoring the state of an electric vehicle battery, collecting state data at least including pressure data, voltage data and temperature data of the electric vehicle battery and sending the state data to a control module; the control module is used for analyzing and processing the state data to judge whether the battery of the electric vehicle is in an abnormal state or not, and generating a control command for controlling an actuator to respond under the condition that the battery of the electric vehicle is judged to be in the abnormal state; and the actuator is used for receiving the control command to execute a corresponding early warning action.

    本发明公开了电动车电池爆燃预警装置,包括:传感器模块,用于对电动车电池的状态进行监测,并采集至少包括电动车电池的压力数据、电压数据和温度数据在内的状态数据,并将所述状态数据发送至控制模块;控制模块,用于对所述状态数据进行分析处理以判断电动车电池是否处于异常状态,其中,在判定所述电动车电池处于异常状态的情况下,生成用于控制执行器进行响应的控制命令;执行器,用于接收所述控制命令以执行相应的预警动作。
